ON RAMP 

Our On Ramp classes allows for beginner or new athletes to get started with sessions focused on all the basic's to build a solid foundation before jumping into classes. We incorporate the same functional movements that you will experience throughout CrossFit, BBF 30 and BBF 60 programs. Each class designed to build skill and increase intensity all while being  coached by experts. Whether you are looking for something new or want to add some variety to your current fitness, Our classes build the balance between strength and cardio, teaching you about body mechanics and functional movements, and build confidence.

CROSSFIT

A 60 minute program that build strength and increasing conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to deliver maxium results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning such as running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.With all movements being scalable it can    for anyone at every level. We train your body to be capable of taking on the physical challenges of real life so that you can enjoy life and do the things you love.

YOUTH athletes

Our CrossFit kids program utilizes functional movement exercises through a combination of skill practice, workouts, games, teaching kids that fitness is FUN!

 

Junior and Senior Varsity  programs are CrossFit based strength and conditioning training programs designed for 11-17 year olds. These programs are suitable for boys and girls of all athletic and fitness abilities who are motivated to improve their general fitness and sports performance through all 10 domains, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy. 

 

We teach the importance of strength, fitness and proper nutrition. As well as prepare them for the world outside the gym walls through team work, communications and skill development. 

This 60 minute circuit station class will help you take your wokout to the next level. Each workout  utilizes body weight movements and light to moderate loads challenging people of all levels and abilities. With BBF 60  expect a great  whole body workout every class to avoid those training plateaus that often occur when someone is sticking to the same routine over and over.

This 30 minute class gets you in and out of the gym without sacrificing, It's  high energy workout uses body weight and moderate loads to strengthen and increase aerobic capacity using dumbells, Kettlebells combined with Rowers, Ski Ergs and Assault Bikes. Our BBF 30 classes were designed to get you amazing results while enjoying our outstanding community, so you leave loving your workout.
