Take a quick tour of Black Bar's amazing facility, learn a little about how we do things, why CrossFit works so well and what program is best for you to meet your goals!  We will also answer all of your questions about memberships, programs, and pricing. Black Bar Start up programs are introductory programs for CrossFit, Nutrition coaching and Black Bar Fitness classes. They are designed for individuals of all levels of fitness. Our goal is to provide the right fitness program that meets your abilities and needs. A Black Bar Coach can help you choose the package that best meets the needs of your goals and experience. If your an experienced CrossFitter ( am minimum of 6 months) please email us @ 

3.join classes

After your start up is complete you will need a membership to continue with classes. We offer monthly memberships for the program that will allow you to reach your goals.
