CROSSFIT KIDS

This program utilizes functional movement exercises through a combination of skill practice, workouts, games, teaching kids that fitness is FUN!

Ages 7- 10

 

JUNIOR VARSITY CROSSFIT 

Ages 11-14

SENIOR VARSITY CROSSFIT 

Ages 15-17 

 

 

Our Teen programs are CrossFit based strength and conditioning training programs designed for 11-17 year olds. These programs are suitable for boys and girls of all athletic and fitness abilities who are motivated to improve their general fitness and sports performance through all 10 domains, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy. 

 

We teach the importance of strength, fitness and proper nutrition. As well as prepare them for the world outside the gym walls through team work, communications and skill development. 

SPORTS TEAM TRAINING 

A sport specific training program with team building that will build athleticism in player's, through physical attributes and skill development to enhance game performance
